Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders and destinations available at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, product, supplier, carrier, and customs processing.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–25 business days after dispatch. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our control.

All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information
When tracking information becomes available, it will be added to your order and may be sent to you by email.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments where free shipping applies.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at makbrat6@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Delayed or Lost Packages
